Includes a complete set for selected roller skis consisting of: aluminium rim with Continental rubber compound, ball bearings, spacer rings, axle, washers and screws. Only suitable for one-time installation. Otherwise, Loctite 243 must also be used.
The newly tuned SRB wheel with a wheel diameter of 70 mm and a width of 45 mm offers excellent handling characteristics.
The rims are permanently connected to the tire rubber using a specially selected vulcanization process. The tires’ own rubber compounds have been specially designed for this application and are constantly being developed through enduring cooperation with top athletes from various Nordic disciplines. The ingredients used in the mixtures ensure very high mileage, are very abrasion-resistant, vibration-damping and offer a high, non-slip safety standard for both dry and wet road surfaces, so always an optimal grip. In this way we guarantee very safe, comfortable and cushioning roller skiing on very fine and rough surfaces.
The SRB classics wheels are available in Medium and Comfort (Fast) speeds. The wheels are identified in the same way with «M» and «C».
The medium rubber is the benchmark and is used in countless training kilometres, comparative tests and competitions. This wheel has the best grip and the most ski-like speed.
The Comfort rubber is the more comfortable, but the faster. You are actually contradicting yourself. SRB did it. The wheel is a special development for Scandinavia, all comfort-oriented sportsman and bad roads. The rolling resistance is noticeably reduced, the speed is faster and the damping increased enormously. The grip on wet and cold surfaces is slightly reduced. Nevertheless, it is a very safe wheel and perfect for long training sessions on mountain roads or bike roads.
